Hailing originally from the Tar Heel State, Makenzie was raised in Charlotte, NC. Makenzie's multiple artistic mediums include creative strategy, design, podcast production, and media marketing. 

Makenzie is a graduate of New York University's Tisch School of the Arts with a Bachelors of Fine Arts. She also holds double minors in Production and Business in Entertainment, Marketing, & Tech from the Stern School of Business.

In her free time, she prides herself on being a homegrown self-proclaimed Jeopardy champion, a beginner Soul Cycle enthusiast, and trying to perfect her peach cobbler recipe.
